Bessie was at the theater with her life long friend, Mrs. Floy Irene Olson of 835 Walnut Street. Bessie and her friend were buried in graves not thirty feet from each other. The two women were co-workers in the Warren Avenue Congregational Church. Rev. Frank G. Smith conducted the services over each of the bodies.
