Join the Iroquois Theatre Fire Historical Society!

The Iroquois Theatre Fire Historical Society (ITFHS) was founded to keep alive the memory of the disaster, victims, survivors, heroes, and anyone affected by the tragedy. We need your support to keep the work going.

Membership Levels

Basic Membership   $50 annually

Membership Benefits

Members enjoy opportunities to stay connected through educational programs and access to select resources offered throughout the year. Membership benefits are optional, may be offered separately, and availability may vary. Membership benefits extend to immediate family members living in the same household.

All members receive:

  • Regular updates and newsletters featuring new research, discoveries, and organizational announcements
  • Invitations to special events with reduced registration fees for select non-fundraising programs
  • Research support, including one hour of guidance and access to curated historical resources
  • Opportunities to volunteer and support outreach efforts
  • Recognition as a valued supporter of historical preservation
  • Membership benefits extended to immediate family members living in the same household
  • Discounted registration to our public Zoom webinar series featuring historians, authors, experts, and family members (coming in 2026)
  • Ancestor certificates available for purchase; members may be eligible for reduced pricing on select certificate offerings (coming in 2026)

Membership contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for this contribution, other than intangible membership benefits.

The Iroquois Theatre Fire Historical Society (ITFHS) is an affiliate of Your Next Chapter.  Your Next Chapter is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, so your contribution is fully deductible to the extent allowed by law.
