Her Illinois birth certificate lists her name as "Olga Victoria Berg". Olga, her mother and brother were all killed in the Iroquois Theatre Fire.

Olga's body had been found on the stairs in the Iroquois lobby and carried out of the theater by patrolman Albert Simsrott.
