Mr. Decker with his wife and daughter perished in the fire was a prosperous real estate dealer, 65 years of age.  He had a particular horror of fire and seldom attended the theater.  One member of the family survives, a daughter and a bride of a few months, Mrs. Blanche D. Kinsey, wife of Carl D. Kinsey, of the Chicago Beach Hotel.
